PITTSBURGH - RTI International Metals Inc. said Monday it has completed its acquisition of Remmele Engineering Inc., which provides precision machining and engineering.
Company chief executive Dawne S. Hickton said the acquisition "provides RTI with significant growth opportunities" to meet customers looking for an end-to-end supplier of advanced titanium products.
The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings for the full year 2012, the company said.
Remmele's key leaders Paul J. Burton and John L. Bowden will remain in place, RTI said.
