The engagement and upcoming marriage of Jolyn Cleland and Brian O'Dell are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cleland of Niles.
Parents of the groom-elect are Shirlee Rindfuss of Grand Island, Fla., and William O'Dell of Boardman.
Miss Cleland is a graduate of Penn State with a bachelor's degree in business administration and is employed as director of admissions at National College.

Mr. O'Dell received his bachelor's degree in telecommunications from Youngstown State University and his education and master's degree from Kent State University. He is a teacher and basketball coach at Howland High School.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony on June 15, 2012, at a resort in New York. Invitations will be issued for the reception.
