Dr. and Mrs. Albert Butch of Cortland announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Angela Butch to Chad Sylvester, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Alden of Southington and Mark Sylvester of Conneaut Lake, Pa.
Miss Butch is a 2006 graduate of Lakeview High School and a 2010 graduate of Kent State University, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration. She is employed at Powder River Development Services in Sharpsville, Pa., as an administrative assistant / project coordinator.
Mr. Sylvester is a 2001 graduate of Chalker High School and studied civil engineering at Youngs-town State University. He is employed at Horizon Construction Group in Sandy Lake, Pa., as a superintendent / project manager.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held on Jan. 21, 2012, at St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Cortland. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and the reception to follow at Leo's Ristorante in Howland.
