CLEVELAND - Frances S. "Frankie" Brown, nee Miller, 90, of Cleveland, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010.
She was born Oct. 16, 1919, in Richmond, Va., the daughter of Charles Miller and Jenny Firth.
She was the beloved wife of the late C. Melvin; loving mom of Melanie (Bob) Winterich and Renee (Bill) Burns of Sheffield Lake; grandma of Billy (Rachel) and Holly (Kirk) Rounds; and great-grandma of Logan, Olivia and Justin.
She was the founder of Brown's Flowers of Cleveland.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at the David G. Martens & Son Funeral Home, 4175 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday.
