9 a.m.: Biros released belongings

LUCASVILLE -- Condemned killer Kenneth Biros this morning gave his personal belongings -- seven CDs, an address book, a portable CD player, a rosary and a notebook to his sister Cheri Biros and brother Kerry Biros.

Kenneth Biros met with his sisters and separately with his mother, Jo Ann, and two personal friends, including a man named John Rosensteel, early this morning. Biros also talked to Cheri Biros on the phone around 9:30 Monday night and met with his family, including his sister Karen Bailey and her husband Joe, and personal friend Bill Davis, earlier Monday evening.
