Jason E. Tutoki 1980-2009

NILES - Jason E. Tutoki, 29, of West Federal Street, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009, at his residence.

Jason was born March 20, 1980, in Warren, a son of George R. and Beverly J. Hess Tutoki III.

A self-employed landscaper, he attended Niles McKinley High School and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and movie collecting.

He was a member of the Niles Little Red Dragons from 1990-92, and treasured time with his family, especially his children. He was an avid Cleveland sports fan, cheering for the Browns, Indians and Cavaliers.

He attended St. John's Orthodox Church, Warren.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Owen Edward Hess and George and Audrey Tutoki Jr.

Survivors include his wife, the former Dorothy D. Bucklew; his parents, Beverly Peigowski of Niles and George R. Tutoki III and his wife, Jerri, of Lake Suzy, Fla.; his son, Jason E. Jr.; his two daughters, Courtney and Anastasia; two brothers, George R. IV and his fiancee, Carrie Grossen, of Warren and Matthew Peigowski of Warren; his sister, Crystal L. Brooks and her husband, Geno, of Cortland; maternal grandmother, Shirley J. Hess of Niles; his current companion, Jamie Cantrell; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Robert P. McDermott Memorial Home, 614 Warren Ave., with the Rev. Jonathon Cholcher officiating, with calling hours following the service until 4 p.m.

The family has established a memorial fund for his children with Chase Bank. Arrangements and care has been entrusted to the Robert. P. McDermott Memorial Home.
