NILES - Mary Carolyn Larman, 60, Niles, passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 24, 2009, at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born March 10, 1949, in Warren, to Rudolph and Jane Visnosky Larman, and lived in this community all her life.

A 1967 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, she retired in 1999 after working 32 years as an assembler at Packard Electric Co.

She was a member of St. Stephen Church.

Mary Carolyn was devoted to her family, and throughout the years, she lovingly cared for her grandparents, parents, siblings and nephew.

Mary Carolyn is survived by a brother, Richard Larman of Niles; two nephews, Tim (Corrine) Larman of Fonda, N.Y., and Joey Pissini of Niles; two nieces, Tracy (Ron) Molinari of Mineral Ridge and Melinda (Terrance) Flanigan of Warren; and three great-nieces and nephews, Ronnie and Angelina Molinari and T.J. Larman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Rudy J. Larman; and sister, Martha Jane Pissini.

The funeral will be noon Saturday at the Holeton-Yuhasz Funeral Home, where friends and family may call from 10 a.m. to noon. The Rev. Thomas Kraszewski will officiate. Burial will be at Niles City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
