Crist E. Fisher 1931-2009

BURTON - Crist E. Fisher, 78, of Burton died Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at University Hospital, Cleveland.

He was born May 1, 1931, in Burton, the son of Eli and Anna (Kauffman) Fisher. He was a lifelong resident of the area and member of the Old Order Amish Church.

Survivors include his wife, the former Esther J. Miller; four sons, Andy and John of Burton, Bill of Mechanicstown and Raymond of Middlefield; three daughters, Annie Miller and Sadie Miller of Burton and Emma Kauffman of Middlefield; 33 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at 15460 Nash Road, Burton. Visitation will be anytime prior to services at 15390 Nash Road. Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Parkman.
