NILES - Daniel M. Price Sr., 59, of Niles, died at 11:43 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at his home from respiratory failure.

He was born Feb. 19, 1950 in New Castle, Pa., the son of the late Robert William Price and Ruth Ann (Cole) Davis.

Mr. Price retired from General Motors, Lordstown where he worked for 30 years as a fork truck driver.

He is survived by his wife Marie D. "Diane" (Lahait) Price, whom he married Dec. 24, 2002; one son, Daniel M. Price Jr. of Cortland; one daughter, Theresa A. Price Allen of Ocala, Fla.; two stepsons, George D. Allen Jr. of Warren and Arthur J. Allen of Southington; 22 grandchildren and one sister, Sharon Buckmann of Niles.

A daughter and a brother preceded him in death.

Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. There will be no services.

Burial will be at Warren Union Cemetery.
