HUBBARD - Nicholas George Moga, 88, died Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

He was born May 6, 1921, in Hubbard, a son of Nicolae and Maria Beu Moga.

He was an Army veteran and worked at Powell Pressed Steel in Hubbard. He was a member of Holy Cross Romanian Orthodox Church in Hermitage, Pa.

He leaves his wife, Helen A. Baciu Moga; two sons, Myron of Hubbard and Nicholas of Covington, Va.; and a sister, Nora, and brother, Eli, both of Hubbard.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m.Monday at Holy Cross Romanian Orthodox Church. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and one hour prior to the services Monday at the church.
