BLOOMFIELD - Kenneth K. Kinser, 66, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, after a long illness.
He was born Dec. 8, 1942, in Indianapolis, the son of Fred Chapman and Mary Schroeder.
He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Kinser was retired from Copperweld in Warren and enjoyed motorcycles, hunting and spending time with his close friends, Bill Corley and Rick Meyers.
He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Barnard Kinser, whom he married Sept. 9, 1967.
He is survived by his children, Kelly (Jim) Skebe and Kenny Kinser; one grandchild, Amber Meyers; brothers, Dennis (Karen) Schroeder, James (Sally) Alderman, Jim (Theresa) Heston and Billy Heston; and his sisters, Daphne Hendrickson Davis, Toni Shorts, Janie (Dennis) Joiner and Dawn Chapman.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; his stepfather, Paul Schroeder; and brother, Walter Lee Chapman.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday at the Brownwood Cemetery Chapel, located in North Bloomfield.
Arrangements were by the Paine-Guerriero Funeral Home, 140 E. Main St., Orwell, Ohio.
