NILES - Geraldine Martha Stephens, 89, of Hillcrest Drive, died at 11:25 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009, at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Colver, Pa., on Dec. 20, 1919, a daughter of Lloyd E. and Sarah May Gibson Graham.
A member of First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge, she retired in 1978 after working 17 years as an inspector at Packard Electric Co.
She is survived by her husband, John Henry Stephens, whom she married on March 23, 1941; five children, John (Terri) Stephens of Liberty Center, Mary (Thomas) Wilbur of Parma Heights, Charles (Barbara) Stephens of Bristolville, Sarah (Larry) Hoffman of Bristolville, Hope Thomas of Mineral Ridge; 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Jean Evans and Alice Burkey, both of Ebensburg, Pa.
She was preceded in death by six brothers, Lloyd Graham, James Graham, Sam Graham, Gerald Graham, Harry Graham and Charles Graham; and two sisters, Shirley Bonson, Martha Cresswell.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church of Mineral Ridge. The Rev. Mark Phillips will officiate.
There are no calling hours. Burial will be at Kerr Cemetery.
