WARREN - Jonathan Johnston, 44, of Warren, died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, at Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. The coroner's office is investigating.
He was born Oct. 3, 1964, in Warren, the son of Kathleen Joyce Johnston Comanescu of Warren and the late Neil Comanescu.
Jonathan loved antiques and movies and spending time with his friends and family.
Other than his mother, survivors include his children, Tara Lynn Jones of Warren and Nicholas Kellar of North Bloomfield; one grandson, Isaiah Lee Jones; his siblings, Christine (John) Comanescu, with whom he lived, Samuel (Brenda) Comanescu of Girard, Craig (Irene) Comanescu of Muskegon, Mich., and Anthony Johnston of Warren; and several nieces and nephews.
Other than his father, Jonathan was preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Marion Johnston, who raised him.
Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Friday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to services.
