FOWLER - Diane E. Carpenter-Aaron, 68, died on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, Pa.

She was born, May 8, 1941, in Meadville, Pa., a daughter of the late Neil DiBell and Josephine Root DiBell.
