Remember the episode of "Seinfeld" in which George Costanza decided to try to change his luck by doing the complete opposite of what he'd ordinarily do in any given situation?

We're pulling a Costanza here. Desperate times call for similar measures.

Ordnarily, we'd still be focused on The Great Cleveland Indians Salary Dump of 2009 and how it is just another reason sports - especially the professional variety - shouldn't occupy such vital space in our daily lives.

But not today. Instead, in a radical departure from the norm, we're staying positive.
