ANDOVER - Phyliss M. Heinbaugh, 65, died Thursday, July 16, 2009.

She was born Sept. 2, 1943, a daughter of Paul and Dorothy Mitcham Dennis.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth W. Heinbaugh; son, Jason of Williamsfield; two daughters, Amy Hoover of Kinsman and Abby Lee of Lenora, N.C.; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two brothers, Bill Dennis of Howland and Dale Dennis of Fontanu, Calif.

Preceding her in death were a daughter, Paula Reutenik; son, Russell Scott Canfield, and one brother.

Services will be 5 p.m. Sunday at Baumgardner Funeral Home, Andover. Cremation will follow services. Calling hours will be 3 p.m. Sunday until services.
