Fred L. Struble-1933-2009

POLAND - Fred L. Struble, 75, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

He was born July 25, 1933, in Youngstown, the son of George A. and Lillian L. Campbell Struble.

He retired from the sanitary engineer's department of Mahoning County and was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War.

He leaves his wife, Agnes Fellows Struble; children, Fred L. Jr. of New Springfield, Patricia Bodnar of Youngstown, Ronald of East Palestine, Pamela of Salem and Gary of Girard; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward of Youngstown and a sister, Thelma Chenoweth of New Port Richey, Fla.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, two brothers and four sisters.

Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home, Hubbard, where friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday and 10 to 11 a.m. Monday.

Interment will be at Green Haven Memorial Gardens.
