Woman accused of stalking judge

BROOKFIELD -- A Kinsman woman pleaded no contest to charges accusing her of going to the Hartford home of Trumbull Common Pleas Judge John Stuard and confronting him about her claims that two of her children were stolen from her at birth.
Norann Wellen, 51, 6598 Beach Smith Road, Kinsman, is facing charges of menacing by stalking and criminal trespass after the September incident at Stuard's home.
A Trumbull Prosecutor's Office official said he expects Wellen to undergo a mental evaluation before being sentenced.
"I didn't go in to hurt no one,'' Wellen said Friday. "I just went to offer my motherly love.''
Wellen said she had triplets in 1993 and was told one girl and one boy died at birth. She said she believes the two children were stolen from her and were adopted by local families.

Alexander, you can look me up on my space, if you know me, you should know my first name. You can find me like that. She got away with it all because she lies and people believe her. Don't get me wrong, she's done jail time a bunch of times, but maybe four years, all terms put together. I have just heard I have to transport my lil' sis to her from the Pitts. airport. I'm just doing it for my dad. But I was also asked to supervise visitation. She just had won un-supervised, but my dad got it taken back away after bringing this aritcle to the attention of the courts. At least someone is listening. I agreed to some visits, but there's no way I can do 4 hours at a time, each day. I don't work or anything, I just don't think she can be controlled that long. I agreed to two hours! Very leary about letting this woman back into my life.

Holley if I figure out how to get in touch with you I will. I dont want to post it here.I can tell you I know all of you from the legal end of all this. Yes I do know about the other killing and slicing but she always got away with it. I never understood why.

WOW!!! Crazy is as crazy does. We used to have local institutions to put people like this in. Woodside Hospital lost its funding under a plan the Reagan instituted. He cut funds for mental health at all levels that effected state funding through out the country. Federal funds fed state funds that fed county funds. So now we the crazy and insane wondering the streets.

Alexander, how do you know me? Thanks for the compliment. It's hard to tell what people think of me after they find out who my mother is and who knows what she's said to them! She has said worse things about me, her own daughter, than anyone else has in my entire life! Sad thing is, what she has said about me is actually what she has done or been involved with herself. Glad to know someone doesn't take time to believe her. I just wish the judge would've taken us all seriously and put her away years ago. She should've been locked up forever after she killed her first husband. Did you guys know that? What about her pulling the eyes out of a girl's head, or the slicing of a girl from hip bone to hip bone? OH, I could entertain the masses! But I'll stop before she comes for me, she really is dangerous. I think the house arrest makes everyone rest easy! Do you guys have advice for ways that I can help my mother? I could go on forever. She is telling people I dropped my boy off at her house because he was drugged up and I was scared. The sitter couldn't take him though, he had bronchitis and a fever and laid around! He wasn't on anything but Omnicef! She tries to start stuff and ruin my life continously. I am planning my wedding and her latest thing is that she's pretty much treatening to cause a seen because I want Randy to give me away. The sad thing is, I don't think she can possibly be there. I hate to take that from her, but I know she will ruin everything! I tried giving her a chance, she's unworkable. She tried telling me he (randy) molested me my whole life and I am in denial. She's obesessed with child molestation. It's to the point that makes me really wonder.....She accuses every man of touching every child, and then she shacks up with one accused of the same? WTF?

My best friend owns a day care business and she recieves the list of sex offenders for something like the entire 50 mile radius. I looked to ensure the safety of my little sister and did not see him on there, honestly! If he is I wish someone would show it to me, because I have my children around this man thinking I had the correct information!!!! He is a nice guy, he helped me move when my roomate ditched me at the last minute to do it by myself. I feel bad for the fact that he is with my mom. I have been defending him and all that is said about him because he was not on the list that my friend, the daycare provider recieves. The only thing I can think of is that maybe she just gets the list of child offenders, but then again, it was his daughter he was accused of raping. IDK. Anyway, she is even going around town telling people bad things about me, her namesake, and one of her only family members that still tries to talk to her.

Holley I know the situation and I cant mention how on here but I do know some of what you have gone through and God Bless you. You have turned out to be a SANE great kind person. Your step dad was/is a good person. He took all the things your mom accused him of and still controlled his temper. But believe me when I tell you this Holley, Jim is on the offenders list. I know there are people that are falsely accused but you can't get upset at the people here. As far as anyone is concerned he is on the list and he is guilty. Take care

more on this... She isn't even married to Jim, this is another one of her lies. Watch even talking to this woman, she will make you question your own reality. She is totally unworkable. She ***** you in and before you know it, she has you looking like a fool involved in dangerous situations. Honestly though, can you imagine waking up everyday believing that your children have been taken from you and there's no one to help? She has spent her money on lawyers and fees, even got the FBI involved. They threatened to have her jailed. As for the judge...he deserves this trouble. My dad, sister, and I went to him years ago for help. He wouldn't committ her, so this is fair to me.

I am this woman's daughter. The only one to survive 18 years under her care. Can you imagine my life? I tried therapy but they thought I was lying about my childhood! Anyway, my memory isn't the greatest since I had brain surgery at 17. However, let's set the record straight on what I do know! She isn't married. Jim Frantz is not a registered sex offender. He was falsely accused and his daughter admitted that before he got out of jail. I suggest people actually check the list before slandering someone in this way. As for the triplets, she was actually pregnant at some time with three babies. One's sac was found to be empty in the fifth month and she lost one in the third month of the pregnancy. I think it's like post partum that makes her think Randy sold her babies. Randy raised me and he is the greatest thing that ever happenned to me. I feel he is the only way I survived in life with that women.

SINCE THIS LADY CAN GO TO THE JUDGES HOUSE -- WE SHOULD ALL GO TO OBRIEN'S HOUSE AND ASK HIM WHERE ALL THE MONEY IN TEH CITY WENT AND IF WE CAN'T FIND HIM AT HIS HOUSE WE CAN GO TO HOWLAND TO HIS GIRFRIENDS HOUSE WHERE HE ACTUALLY LIVES!!!!!!

mommyd, I know what you mean about saying too much. I can see her as a stalker. I also know her ex husband and I thought he was close to normal. last I knew she was with someone name Lloyd and he wasnt an offender. Guess she has moved on.

I also know this woman personally and she needs mental help. She needs to be committed to get the help since she wont go one her own. In her mind she really does believe all the stories she tells. i agree with xanadu440--lock her up. i know this woman and she is definetly nuts. the sad thing is that she has a daughter who is 15 and is ordered by the courts to come stay with her over easter break which i dont agree with. not to mention she is married to a registered sex offender!!

It's possible for something like this to happen, but the odds are about slim to none. If one were to extend torture to mental cruelty, FlashGordon is pretty much right. Although I can't believe the courts don't care, I bet their hands are often tied(by "facts" and laws), and who else to beleive(generally) . . . A mentally deficient person or a healthcare professional(who might lack empathy), who is also being squeezed by the system and economics? BTW . . . we can thank Reagan for openning the proverbial "flood-gates" of these institutions.

Xanadu, what if someone decided that you had some problem which you couldn't help, and they said you should be locked away? What if you weren't allowed to have children because you were considered "nuts?" While I agree the Courts generally side with mental health professionals, I will say that the help system they have in place definately needs to come a long way before it's acceptable.
