Kathy Raines of Warren waits to get her dog, a three-legged, 11-year-old Chihuahua named Chico, blessed Sunday during the second annual Blessing of the Pets at Christ Episcopal Church in Warren. Mostly dogs were blessed, but there were animals of all shapes and sizes, including a cat, a couple guinea pigs, some fish and a horse. Raines says she has had Chico since he was 6 weeks old. He was rescued from an animal breeder.
