9:45 a.m.: Youngstown woman to be sentenced in $8M heist
AKRON (AP) A woman who helped her boyfriend steal more than $8 million from an armored car company will learn her sentence Wednesday.
Nicole Boyd of Youngstown has admitted to stealing the money with Roger Dillon to escape financial hardship. Boyd and Dillon have pleaded guilty to bank larceny and other charges.
Boyd faces a maximum of 25 years in prison but is expected to receive less under federal sentencing guidelines. Boyds attorney is seeking less than four years, noting that his client has no prior criminal record.
Federal prosecutors are asking for a stiff sentence to reflect the seriousness of the crime, which they say is one of the largest thefts ever in northern Ohio.
Dillon will be sentenced Thursday.

Dschweck she never makes any point. She just rambles without making any sense what so ever. Her only replys are that her inocent family is all locked up for something they didn't do. I bet the police just pick on them. Poor baby. Maybe she will be next. Then we won't have to put up with her uneducated crying anylonger.

In our society today, we are incarcerating more of our people than any other country and yet we claim to be "THE LAND OF THE FREE"...YEAH RIGHT. But instead the rate of incarceration is not just about punishment, it has become a business, yeap it is about money. When you have had the unfortunate experience of this happening to you or to a family member, then you will find out the truth of what is going on with or justice system...

No brains,no guns, no assult, injuries or prior confictions. At best, any of them will shock out of prison in a couple years..They almost deserve some of the reward money.A blind detective in a Chevy could of followed their trail...Would have been one*****of a funny deal, had the van been stolen from them when, they went into Micky D's to enjoy some fine dinning.

She was an accomplice...she didn't steal the money... and hey, it wasn’t 'ARMED' robbery... Because their was no violence in the act, I was kinda hoping they would get away with it... and they almost did! They planned everything perfectly! Except for that whole get-a-way thing... ha-ha.... Lock her up for life! 4 years for stealing the money and 60 years for not getting away with it.. What was AT Systems thinking anyway? This ia what happens when you trust a 23 year old employee with all of your vault codes... he had only been working there for 8 months!!

Maybe the judge will feel sorry for her, because she must be retarded. Pahootaman is right on target. These people should get a stiff sentence for their stupid behavior. They planned this and the best plan they could come up with was to run to West Virgina. They must be retarded.

I was thinking "Ohhh, the'll get less than 4 years each for this" and then I ran into the 3rd paragraph and my thoughts were confirmed. What the*****is going on with the justice system these days? You beat up a laywer, you get 25 years, but if you kill a man or rob $8,000,000, you practically get off.
