Scott was born July 2, 1962, in Lawton, Okla., the son of the late Robert Lee and Wilma Jane Swanson Andrews Sr.
Mr. Andrews was a 1980 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and was the self-employed owner/operator of Fed Ex. Scott also worked at Guarnieri’s for many years before moving to Texas and opening his own business.
Scott was an avid music fan, especially of Bob Seger, and a huge Dallas Cowboy fan.
Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara Ellen Beattie, whom he married on July 2, 1981; three daughters, Jessica and Casey Andrews, both of Austin, Texas, and Sharon (Norman) Thomas of Warren; his grandchildren, Callie Caldwell, Jordan Andrews and Mira Thomas; his siblings, Robert L. Andrews Jr. and Cindi (Steven) Horkey, both of Warren, Roger Andrews, Denise Neff, Anita Vargas and Michelle Mann, all of Tucson, Ariz., Cheryl (Mike) Braz of Alabama; his father and mother-in-law, Robert and and Geraldine Beattie of Niles, his sisters-in-law, Tanya (John) Barlow and Hazel (Rick) Khlem, both of Niles, Bobbi Jo (Shawn) McCracken of Columbus and Tina Franks of Warren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where family and friends may visit from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday. Pastor James E. Holbrook will officiate the services.
Entombment will be in Pineview Memorial Park, Warren.
