Not to mention, was the contract with WRAP/ Warren Perking Services renewed without going to bid?

It did not seem to have been put out for bid when it expired earlier this year...but an extension was granted, apparently, that would take WRAP into September.

It is now October...Was the contract quietly renewed with Iannucci Incorporated?
