If things are so rosey Mr Blakely why has it taken 3 years to clean up the Kalamazoo river since that spill on July 10, 2010 and they are sill cleaning a stretch of 35 miles on that river..

How long did it take the oil company whose pipeline broke in TIOGA North Dakota and released 865,000 bbls on 7 acre's on Sep.29,2013. with that detection you talked about?? OH!! the land owner discovered that leak how would you answer that????

Yes, grammy303, there should be a balance between environmental concerns and oil exploration concerns. The "chicken little" sky is falling approach to fracking concerns does not address what we can do to both get the oil and address the safety and environmental issues. Fracking is not the main issue, disposal of the waste products are. We should be treating the waste more, not just injecting it underground.
