Rising interest rates? You mean the Federal Reserve couldn't keep rates artificially low indefinitely to keep the so-called recovery going? This is good news for savers, IRA account holders, and retirees with money market investments.

When the next housing bubble crashes soon, hopefully we can get REAL reform of the mortgage market.
