No one has yet to explain to the original donors of the shelter exactly how it was moved to this location from a more central location and educational hub over at the Kent State Branch. Originally this place was to be built at Kent State Trumbull to access students at both KSU and TCTC who would volunteer as part of their educational experience.

This place is now located closer to Mahoning County. Whose brilliant idea was that? You will take more animals from Mahoning than Trumbull I bet. Good luck with ever getting another donation from me.

And Postaldog3 is absolutely correct. I don't know how many times my neighbors or I tried to have a dumped dog picked up. The reputation of this place really needs to be polished.

They're okay until you try to get help from them for a sick dog you found dropped off in front of your house.
