James Pratt is either a liar or stupid. The back of the ticket does NOT tell you to call the local field office in Youngstown if you have a problem, it tells you to call the state Lottery Commission office. That's probably why his calls, if h made them, were cut off.

I thank the writer of the letter for the information. I often buy from the lotto machines. Now, I know to be aware of the possible problems.

Hmmmm, spending 20 bucks on the lottery. And this person is blaming someone else because they can not get 5 bucks back? Next time, spend your 20 bucks on something usefull.

Could you imagine if this was a $20,000 goof? That stinks. Talk about a grown man crying. Just count your lucky stars that it was only 5 bucks and that you only lost 20. Gambling never pays.

When it comes to the lottery the state is always right. That's why they tell you to check your tickets prior to leaving the site
