Obama the Crisis-Creator, the one that divides by design. There was no Crisis, GM was not going out of business--Remember George Bush immedidately gave them 7.5 billion before he left office. They were many different ways to resolve these issues but Obama wanted to punish salaried people to get Union votes. This man Obama is the -Worst of the Worst. I'm not associated with GM or Delphi- I don't have any dogs in this fight, I only know evil when I see it.

ha this is not news to me or anyone else who is objective. Of course if you have your head buried up the liar in chiefs arse you don't even know what day it is unless jay Carney tells you. He breaks laws on a daily basis, just like Bush. When Americans stop looking the other way when their TEAM violates the Constitution and actually holds them accountable then maybe things will change. Most democrat unionites don't care that obama did this, But if Bush screwed the unions over in favor of the salaried people they would be screaming. They have divided us and it allows them to get away with whatever they want!

This is another citizen with no dog in the fight who has repeatedly pointed out improper involvement of the obama administration in the Delphi bankruptcy process and the unequal treatment of the salaried employees.

What will it take for honest people to admit that we have a ruthless bunch of thugs in charge of our nation who have not been truthful with the nation on many issues?

No surprise here. Liberalism and pandering for votes in a key state like Ohio. FamilyGuy, in response to your question, it will take a pop culture shift and it hitting their baileywick. It's like to trying to explain something to a child why they can't do something that they REALLY want to do.

Enjoy yet another sequester vacation Mr. Phony President. I also understand that you flew your dog up in a separate helicopter at taxpayer expense. Thank you for your great leadership, as WP would say.

Finally, the smoking gun is coming out. The blatant misuse of Government power by the Obama Administration is now evident. The unlawful actions forced onto the PBGC by the Obama Administration are also coming to light. Justice WILL be served!!

I don't understand what the big deal is. Did the salary workers provide The Obama Administration with a contract saying they are entitled to it in a bankruptcy or bail out like the Union Employees did?

They had to do an investigation to come up with the obvious?

Don't start with your uneducated, uninformed BS, Daniel. Read the report, which makes obvious the blatant discrimination by Obama's Auto Task Force. Your hero is SCUM!

DelphiRetiree, Show me your contract you had with GM. If you do I'll sit on here all day and call Obama names. Till then there are million more people who got screwed by the Appointed one's Depression that needs their pension back. My self included. But, I know who to blame.

I cannot believe that anyone who wants to see this country do better can support this idiot. He has single handedly done more to hinder the working class then any president before him. He continues to want to take from the backbone of the country and give it to the lazy garbage that sits around looking for handouts. I'm tired of hearing how the Republicans won't work with him. In not a stinking republican and I wouldn't work with him either. This country is going to regret the years this idiot was in the white house sucking the life out of the working man.

For sure we know who to blame! It is not the Government's role to step into private business and pick winners & losers. Nor is right for the Government to FORCE the PBGC to violate their expressed function of protecting pensions that never should have been seized, That, my friend, is a blatant violation of ERISA LAW. We won't need a "contract" to win our pensions back,,,count on it!

Missing the point NMC and Daniel, a contract is irrelevant, the administration BROKE the law, the presence of a contract is a moot point. Just admit Mr hopey changey is a muslim criminal who supports terrorists haha, too bad you can't sign on the dotted line and support him again.

NoMoreCrap is right. You didn't have a contract? Then you should have saved more of your sky-high wages. I get tired of these over-paid people, who eventually got the rug pulled out from underneath them, whining. You should have saved some of those ridiculous wages. I have known some Delphi salaried employees and their wages were ridiculous. Boo hoo. None of the rest of us have pensions either! Welcome to the real world.

DelphiRetiree - Complaining on these comment boards and disagreeing with everyone is doing you no good. Why don't you put that energy into calling your local politicians, writing to Obama, etc. What do you expect people here to do? You are wasting your time - particularly because no one cares. I'm sick of hearing about the Delphi retirees.

"NoMoreCrap is right. You didn't have a contract? Then you should have saved more of your sky-high wages."

You stupid ignoramous, the government had nothing to do with the contracts and was not honored to keep any contract. The contracts didn't protect the union nimrod. The flow of cash to the democrat party DID. Also, you want to talk about "contracts" but your dumb arse can't seem to get it through your skull that those contracts are what sunk the business. Pretend they weren't all you want! Reality still exists anyway!

Fking idiot brigade out today I see.

Well, another democrat lie exposed. Being that most of these salaried retirees are middleclass we can conclude that democrats are not for the middleclass. Just the rich elite (who are doing better then ever and the unions, who keep the money machine rolling.

In the event of a bankruptcy, any contract goes out the window. It becomes irrelevant. It is not worth the paper it is written on. The "the salaried workers had no contract" arguement is a complete smokescreen.
