I don't understand how this project even got off the ground without having the water issue resolved. Penn National should cease their development in Austintown and relocate to Trumbull County,

Neither the city, nor any person who has ever worked for the city, ever paid a single dime for the infrastructure. They only benefit from it.

""As you lose population, you lose your tax base. Your basic services run on tax money. We should be looking at new ways of generating tax dollars," Sammarone said earlier this month."

Duh. Maybe he should try and figure out why people are moving out of Youngstown and fix that instead of plotting to leech off of innocent workers in Austintown.

Here's a novel principle: Youngstowners should pay for their own dang basic services!

Another stand up community from Trumbull County! Pound sand Ytown! You know sanitary issues will be next. I think ALL of the effluent should be sent to Ytown. They can drown in it.

Stick it to the "Big Bully Youngstown" and their income tax collection scheme for their water. They already make 40% on the water without the income tax.
