ORWELL - The Ohio State Highway Patrol was on the scene of a fatal traffic crash late Sunday night involving a horse drawn carriage and all-terrain vehicle. The crash happened shortly after 10 p.m....

First of all if u knw anything about that area u would knw that not all horse n buggies havee taillights. It could be a last minute thing when he seen the horse. R.I.P.

Fifth St. in Niles could also be on the list.The atv's fly on their way to the slag dump, totally disregarding vehicles coming around the bends. Cars and trucks do their share of flying, especially at night.

In Foxcroft behind Country Fair in Howland is where the next ATV crash will be. They fly up and down the streets like they are on dirt trails. I did not think you were allowed to ride them on the streets, but they do it all the time. They get gas at Country Fair and then they ride behind Howland Park somewhere.

How and the heck can an ATV hit a buggy on Fenton Rd, it's a dirt road? The dummy had to been flying down that road.
