Lordstown is the best palce for this because they already have the rail yards there and wide open spaces.

Lordstown has shown that it is committed to this area future many times. Just to bad Warren didn't land something like this for the community. Oh that's right, the crime rate doesn't help Warren in securing new business to the area. I don't blame the police for the high crime rate, you can only do so much with little manpower. Past city leaders are the blame for what is going on in Warren. They cut back the safety forces to bare minimum, while shelling out good money on worthless ideas. Every time you turn around they are having another worthless study done at taxpayers expense. Just look at the Sunshine scandal, giving money out with no one over seeing what was going on. I hope in the future if taxpayers money is being used to finance a project, that there is a oversight committee. The oversight committee should also report all actions to city council, at regular monthly council meetings. Iannucci sure took Warren for a ride, with his Sunshine development.
