Impersonating a police officer, is almost as bad as killing someone. Police depts. and the courts really frown on anyone committing this type of crime. As this person will find out, if they are caught. Just driving a car closely matching the cars description, is not a good idea.

Don't pull over. Drive to the nearest police station. Call them on your cell and tell them you are on your way...and why.

I hope they catch this guy before he hurts somebody. I'm sure his intention was to create a victim in this situation. Glad the woman had the intellect to see through this.
