Senator1218, who really cares if dealers and junkies kill each other. I sure as h3ll don't. This fool should have waited for Mr. Allen to enter, then flung a high speed bullet at his head.

The Castle Doctrine is a bunch of hooey. Just look at the prosecutors' associations that have come out against it. This guy is covered under traditional laws of self defense. The Castle Doctrine has in fact been used successfully several times by drug dealers where they have killed purchasers or sellers in their own home. This is precisely what the prosecutors warned us. The myth of dragging the body into the house is MOST dangerous and foolhardy. That's felony tampering with evidence. What fool would believe that?

Don't drag them anywhere unless you want a tampering with evidence charge. WarrenProud you're usual.

I thought you were supposed to drag them INTO the house after you shoot them to be covered by the Castle Doctrine.

The guy was trying to break into the house because he thought it was empty. He was there to steal copper wire! He was most certainly up to no good. You try breaking into my home, you best have a taste for lead, cuz that's what I'm serving.

Sure WarrenP, 12:30am a man trying to break into a residence, of course he had no ill motives, he was probably collecting for the Boys Scouts of Amer. Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me. Lets just be thankful this was a White on White shooting, this way it will never make it's way to MSNBC.

I do not know what to believe. The media forgot to mention whether he had a bag of skittles or not. Makes a big difference you know.

His story stinks. He should be arrested for manslaughter at the minimum. Who fires through a door not knowing who is on the other side? This is not covered by the Ohio Castle Doctrine since his life was not in immediate danger since there were two doors between him and the man on the other side.

He's covered under Ohio's Castle Doctrine. No charges is my bet.
