RAY PANDER TRUCKING - They are the ones who DUMP this trash into the ground. They are the pompous ones who have a banner on the side of their building near 225 that says "WE BUILT THIS" - It should also say "BY POISONING THE EARTH" - Scumbags like them poison the planet with no care in the world.

Ohio has become the cesspool for other states waste products from drilling. If West Va. and Pa. want to capitalize on the drilling in their states, then they should have to dispose of the waste products in their own state too. Seems like any more that Ohio, especially southeast Ohio ends up being a dumping ground for other states. This should not happen period, especially this kind of waste. To help curtail this from happening, all out of state waste should pay three times the amount normally charged for disposal. Two-thirds of that charge should go to the community where it is being disposed. Our elected leaders are setting back and doing nothing, to prevent or stopping this. Companies that engage in this type of business, should be disposing of it in the state where it originated. Our environmental laws need changed to prevent this from going on.
