it was a simple accident..if he didnt blow the .08 then wheres the drunk driving charge come in at ?? Of course after an accident you arent going to be a the sharpest pencil in the box..The law says .08 and he should be able to beat that charge. The other charges should stick but drunk driving ? i dont buy it

@ ohcwby, BW3 in Austintown. The story is in Youngstown paper. What's really funny is him puking in his beer,and throwing his weight around. And his prior drunken outburst at a Browns game. Trib needs to mention the Mahoning Co auditor being UN arrested by Mah Co Sheriff's Dept. A real rib tickler that one.

If he only blew a .037- maybe he was impaired by drugs. No word that they took a blood test.

Police said Case blew a 0.037 during a Breathalyzer test, less than half the legal limit in Ohio, which is 0.08.

Yup... sounds like a law suit to me
