Shut down all the bars...dry...Didn't we try that before? Oh yes, and for that effort we can thank the do-gooders--for creating the Mob!

The city should shut down all bars. The city should become "dry" and there would be less alcohol related daeths on the road and less gun related incidents.

Looks like he's trying to sell the place in good faith with the liquor license attached. I don't see a problem with this.

I see no problem with him having the opportunity to sell the permit with the building. It seems that the permit is what makes the building worth anything to the buyer. Otherwise it is a big mouse trap on the corner of Elm and Market. The state should give him a provision that states the license goes with the building or be sold with in the allotted 180 day extension.
