The owner wants the township to raze it. If he wants it razed, should that not be his own responsibility, since he is the owner?

EPA take note: the neighborhood is relieved that the buildings are gone and are not giving one thought to the asbestos! Your rules are ruining our world as surely as the toxins you seek to protect us from.
