Sign a bill that immediately put you in the path of a lawsuit with the Federal Government, good thinking there Governor.

The supreme court already ruled states don't have to expand Medicaid under Obamacare! The fact that your inferring acquiescence to all power federal government is exactly what we fight against

@really, what is the difference between adding costs to abortions and a tax on alcohol and cig's? none I can see, I smoke so I pay a sin tax, you choose to have sex, pay the sin tax on your abortion, if you choose one. now do I agree with the gov'ts involvement? not at all. notice the words choose to have sex, added costs are a sin tax, you know as well as I that the gov't is gonna pillage your bank account if they get the chance.

Just more proof that you get what you vote for. Instead of admitting they are wrong they will defend these tax hikes. So much for being a faithful Teabagger against higher taxes.

Read the article! Where does it say higher taxes! As a rich NEO Con Kasich cut my tax rate to zero!

So are you saying, indycolt, that the only thing this budget does with regard to abortion is eliminate any and all public funding? I agree with you that government should not require the use of public funds for abortion services, however in the same vein Government should not outlaw services or add additional costs to services that a person chooses to use at no cost to the tax paying public. Abortion after all has been declared Constitutional by the SCOTUS. One abuse of government power is no worse than the other. I find it difficult to understand how anyone who believes in a limited government could even argue the point.

Blueboy has a strange perception of power. He doesn't even have the power to control his degenerate behavior. As always happens to people like you the truth of your depravity will come out into the sunlight.

@warrenproud, a woman's right to choose should not even be in the budget. a woman has no right to expect the tax payers to pay for her abortion and leeches like you have no right to demand it.

I support a budget that taxes its citizens proportionally equally for the costs of salaries, materials, and capital expenditures nessary to provide required services and safety protection to all Ohio citizens.

I reject so much as one dime more in taxes for redistribution of one's earnings to subsidize corporations or for transfers to other individuals.

Any questions?

Again we see the white NeoCon middle aged men trying to regulate women's healthcare and a women's right to choose in this budget. Let the Roe vs Wade lawsuits begin.

The Ohio budget for the rich income tax cut on the backs of the poor and middle class with sales tax increased and 12.5% state property tax levy gone. Class warfare at it's best is in this budget.

Yep Donnie!

You got it all figured out! That's why we consistently identify the liberals by their real names and the liberals stumble around calling us by the same screen names!

Do you ever wonder how we are so powerful!
