I got into an accident about 13 years ago, and I was treated very similarly by the Warren PD. My suggestion? Move out of Warren.

Not just Warren citizens, ALL citizens. When your involved in am accident you become confused and need kind, gentle people who actually care about victims, they need to remember this isnt an everyday occurance in their life. No car insurance and allowed to drive the car? Are you sure they just didnt have their proof and had to produce it If the ifgicer knew they had none yet allowed them to drive, wouldnt that make jim liable?

This is why all the rejects that cannot make it as a cop anywhere else winds up in Warren.

The Warren Cop was upset that the accident made him work when he was suppose to be eating his donut and drinking his coffee.

My husband and I were involved in an accident in May. The police were very rude to him. A little later the officer came to the ER where I was and was very rude and impatient with me. Both my husband and I were very shook up and the accident was not our fault. Incidentally, this accident did not happen in Warren.

The law does not allow the impounding of someone's vehicle by an officer because they do not have insurance. Also, if you come to an intersection where the traffic signal is out, by law, its your responsibility to treat that intersection as a 4way stop.
