Yeah, you'd think the police would find some clues with a video and all the witnesses.

Listen to your scanner at night southeast is unprotected at night until after something happens. They should be patroling all the time.

Thank God for these posts, I don't think the police would have thought about fingerprints or tried to catch this person without your help. If you are going to post please be smarter than your keyboard.

Enzo "the city will place emphasis in making sure police are involved in the future." And you didn't in the past? Smart move!

I'm not afraid to go out at night or early in the morning. I NEVER see police.

They're not out patrolling. I'm sure of it. Wasn't it just recently that they resisted having GPS units put on their cars?

We should be able to look up exactly where the police were on a given night in the past. I realize current updates might allow criminals to track the cops, but old data is more like an audit.

The WPD doesn't want to be audited. If we knew how little protection we were getting, we might question what we're spending.

I really do look forward to the day when Warren isn't in the paper almost every single day for something negative. :( I'd really like to think the police are doing everything they can to bring Warren back to a decent/positive place. Reality really is however that can they be everywhere at once? How many cops are patroling our streets at night? Is it a matter of not having enough of them? I'd really hate to have that job...seems like if they really ARE trying to be everywhere at once, and no one is ever happy, it would really stink to feel so powerless/helpless and have people think you aren't trying your best. I'm sure the stress of that alone is hard.
