I've never heard of any client complaints filed against him, which is the true measure of Attorney competence. I'm not sure he should be denied the right to earn a living based on an incident with women of ill repute.

I'm not convinced none of this is so serious to be punishing him years later. He lost his job, left office in disgrace and his fat wife abandoned him, enough is enough already!

NO!

Mark Dann violated the public trust. Period.

He also violated the ethics of his profession.

It is inappropriate that he should be representing truth, justice, and the American way in our court rooms.

Posts the libtard that blames everything for his sad, limp-wristed life...

Oh now, Ol' Dan just picked the wrong scanky girls to play with. This hole thing is a joke. What did these lil' scanks think they got a job with the AG because they were so qualified? Ol' Dan was just stupid and thought, "What scank would give up the gravy boat ride they was on." He didn't realize that they seen fast money. I bet neither has two nickels to rub together of the $400,000 they got in settlements for letting the world know they was scanky. Ol' Dan would have been better off staying with the prostitutes he was accustom to.

He violated trust of Ohio residents! Clearly he can't represent clients adequately with integrity!

Send him to jail!
