So these people are expected to work on average 75 hours per week and then around the clock when a crises occurs. No body minds overtime for periods of time, but everyday of every week is a bit much. Nearly a double everyday. I do believe FirstEnergy could afford a few more employees. When is enough profit enough? Lineman these days require multiple certifications, licenses and much of their own equipment. Yes they are paid well, but who wants to work their life away. I'm sure FirstEnergy will cry if they have to hire more employees and it will directly effect our bill, even though the plants they sold, they sold to companies they own. That would be like me giving my wife money to put in our bank account. It didn't mean I have any less or she has any more. What a crock.
