nativios mission is too destroy Mr. Ianuucci, which I have no problem with...but just sayin.

wow! That anti-Kenny league is out in force! Here's a tip. If you create an account for just one purpose, you should comment on other topics here and there, just so it is less obvious why someone asked you to create an account...

Warrengal, since your a local tavern/ nightlife historian...tell of days when Sunset was The Central! Owned by relatives of Haidaris, or at least same Ethnic background? Greek. Many fights and problems at that establishment, good Wings though! Maybe you AREN'T OLD enough to remember?

Mrright, yes the golf ball assault! Not sure if it turned into a civil suit, nontheless dumb. May add there are several low life characters who hang around Sunrise.

Truly wish Ken would address real issues with restaraunt, kick the dirtbags that tarnishes his buisness out! Please.

Kenny Haidaris needs to spend his money on cleaning up his hole in the wall restaraunt instead of blaming other people for the downfall of his business. And wasting his money on lawyers filing pointless lawsuits. Maybe if he did that he would have more business. Lets not forget Kenny's friendship with another Warren bondsman, who trades sexual favors as payment for bonding people out of jail.

No one ruined this business but the people who run and own the business. How you ask??? By the type of clients that they allow to frequent the business and the things that they allow to go on inside the business.

The only people to blame for the downfall of the business is the owners themselves. They need to take a good hard look at what is going on not only inside their eating establishment; but how the public sees the press that the business is now getting. It has to have an effect on the business.I really do hope that the owners of this business learn something from this other than the dollar signs that they are now seeing~~~Thank-You

WarrenGal, I can remember way back when Magoos first opened up and it sure wasn't no upstanding bar. I can also remember going to the Sunrise on a Saturday night after the bars closed, and saw cockroaches there. I've never had the desire to go there and eat after that. Also if Magoo's was such a fine upstanding place, why did it close or change its name. From the early 80's thru the mid 90's, I was in practically every bar in the county at one time or another. I might of missed a few but not many. An I have been to the old Magoo's a few times too. An I never stayed there too long either. I didn't like the atmosphere there and didn't feel like it was a safe place to go and party. But that is just my opinion.

This case will be interesting. I do know they can show some damages.

Also does Mr. Ziegler have an income? He has a bigger car than I do. Just wonderin'.

ps. Mr Cregar is a scumbag. Just sayin'.

I do not know if Mr.Hidaris has a legitimate case.I do know that Marty White is the king of local, judicial malfeasance.I also know that the product that Mr. Hidaris is selling is horrible in comparison to the past.Perhaps if he were to improve his quality, his business would improve also.If wrong doing has been done by the defendants to Mr. Hidaris,I hope that they are made to suffer the consequences.

Soul 77 Benji Browns, Sunset lounge Cregar, Ziegler, Sankey Shootings and murders how do you defend with ridiculous statements from an attorney.

If M. White is involved in this legal action someone is certainly nervous. To get a seat at this table the buy-in really just got high.

The bottom line in a civil suit is always "what are your damages?". The damages being alleged are too easily disputed. Plus there is no "intent".

The Sunrise would have to open it's books, the defense would retort your loss of business is due to the economy, bad food, filthy restrooms and declining interest.

If any of the jury deciding this matter has actual experience at the Sunrise of the last few years it's a slam dunk for the defense. More people than not agree the once decent eatery has deteriorated...

Old man, the Sunrise has been the Sunrise for since before you had hair, and is now that you have no brains. Magoos was upstanding until Ziegler got into it. Look at the big picture, you have a hillbilly bail bondsman acting like the Godfather of Warren. He uses his bonding ability to keep the thugs out of Jail, from courts where his thug buddies are bailiffs, puts them in his slum houses, lets em shoot each other in bars he has money in. If you don't see RICO, you are blind.

It's funny that after all these years Sunrise is filing a lawsuit. That bar has always been a problem, no matter what the name was. The only thing that I can see is the similarity in the name of both establishments, Sunrise vs Sunset. It don't seem like much to hang your hat on, in the way of a lawsuit. But then again I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

The plaintiff should be financially punished but he still has his rights. I do believe that all people have a right to' party'. I don't believe the Sunset customers were bothering the Sunrise customers at midnight.

Don't think that this is a valid lawsuit. However, one only has to look at the history of Sunrise vs the history of Sunset to realize that businesses like Sunset need to be run out of town!

Someone said These people are 'sue happy' Jim Graham hands around the Sunrise, in a earlier column, we were all reminded of Graham and his son suing a Golfer because his golf ball landed in their back yard. What a surprise-

Even Marty White knows these people are sue happy, he has represented them and he made BIG money off a stupid lawsuit against the Hospital.
