Co-defendant Jheri Marie Woods, 18, of Youngstown, chose to plead no contest.... She was fined $250, placed on one-year reporting probation and given 40 hours of community service to perform in lieu of 10 days in jail....

This type of "punishment" is certainly NOT designed to discourage repeat offenses!! Mentally handicapped or not!!

All this charity to the mentally challenged is fine until its your daughter.

Tolerating actions like this - for any reason- is why we can't let our kids go out to play as we were able to.
