Delphi production workers will never be able to buy a new car. The union and management have screwed over the production workers so bad that most them would not care if the plant closed its doors. There are people still getting government benefits because the wages are so low(that is a shame), while management gets large bonuses and the people at the union hall get all the overtime that they want to sit down there. On the weekends the production people have to work MANDATORY, but the union people and management get there choice to work or not. They deny vacation time people put in for because they do not have enough production workers, but you see NEW management everyday, some walk around all day bored because they have nothing to do.
