Last sentence in article: Castro is on a suicide watch.. Who cares if he kills himself, they will charge him with a Death Sentence or 150 years in jail. They should put him in solidary confinement and give him a paper tablet, a pen and a loaded the taxpayers a lot of money,

This Puerto Rican pysychopath with a wide circle of relatives and not one of them would drop a dime and make a call, send a note,,do something..This is an example of multiculturalism---Judging people by what group they belong to, rather there individual behavior.

The police in Warren are confronted with this lack of public responsiblity in people failing to come forward.

I am thinking that suicide watch can be cancelled anytime now. Why should the taxpayers continue to pay for him in prison. The taxpayers shouldn't have to pay for his trial and imprisonment. Cancel the watch. Let nature take its course.

Here is what you do.... Permanently attach a gps device to this sorry P.O.S. Then let him out and publicly broadcast the gps readings on the internet for all to see. I'll bet the gps stops moving before the first hour is gone. Save the money of a trial because you know his guilt and he deserves anything we the public could do to him!
