Sounds as if Ted Kaczynski types have weighed in. I hope they are not trying to use this as validation for destroying private property and destroying the environment. But that is usually how the terrorist validate their actions and distract from the truth.

This is not a direct comment on the well and its mishandling but rather a commentary on truthmonger's post and resistanceisfutile's post.

The truth was just laid out in front of you and so far sixty percent of those who bother to agree/disagree to the post hit the disagree button. This is why the post above his from resistanceisfutile is also full of truth. Those in disagreement as I can figure are either poor at reading/research or the grey matter has been mushed by alpha/beta waves coming from a few different sources; maybe flouride poisoning also? To you sixty percenters out there: most of the information you need to know is at your fingertips even while you are at the tribs website. Just open another tab in your browser throw some search terms in your google browser i.e. tesla wireless energy then you use that tool between your ears. Please feel free to question anything you read too. You get to the truth faster that way and we all need the truth to function/strive.

I hope they prosecute this as domestic terrorism. Maybe then the community will safe with the terrorist behind bars.

Don't be so quick to believe everything you read. A person is still considered innocent until proven guilty. Just because one person accuses another doesn't make it fact.

Oil storage tanks of that amount are supposed to have tank farm surrounding it for one thing. And it was probably one of those anti fracking environmentalist kooks that turned the valve on to prove its bad for the environment.

I can't believe I agree with part of your statement. Everything you are told by ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN, AP etc is all BS. They learned long ago at the CIA they they could shape public opinion by using the media. hitler did it as well, Sadly most people take what Katie Couric says as gospel, as if God himslef handed the news down from Heaven. All news is filtered and disseminated in a way to shape public opinion. they know the American people are apatheitc. stupid and lazy and will not research anything on their own. Pretty much everything you have been told about Libya, the war on terror, who the terrorists are, the economy, why we are in Afhanistan, Syria, is a total lie, haha you can't handle the truth.

Look into the life and work of Nicola Tesla to see the TRUTH about energy policies in America since the early 1900s.

Wall Streeters and Rockafeller-types have been controlling it and the media for over 100 years. They studied how to control the media and found out it would only require control of the major papers and news outlets, not the smaller "less authoritative" voices in order to control the flow of ideas in America. The Church Committee found that the CIA had infiltrated more than 50% of the major media outlets by 1975. Were they researching foreign threats posing as journalists (really?) or more likely infusing the collective mind of America with propaganda on behalf of their masters: Wall St?

Tesla knew (alternative) intelligent energies could remake The Amercan Dream with practically unlimited and free energy but these thieves won't allow it.

For now we're forced to settle for hydraulic fracking :-(

Well a simple lock "might", have prevented this, but a lock doesn't guarantee this can't happen.

Okay.......

We have the inert dangers of gas well drilling.

We have the expected stupidity and lax implementation of rules ans regulations on the part of drillers.

We have the greedy slimeballs that will drain brine into creeks for higher profit.

NOW, we have to add feuding relatives that will punish anyone and everyone to get their point across???

Seriously?

"A simple lock on the valve would have prevented this from happening"

Really? Do punks, thugs and idiots not break into locked cars, locked houses and locked businesses. Locks only keep legal people legal, it would have done nothing to prevent this idiot from doing what he did.

We will see more of this now that every nut job in Ohio knows that oil tanks have no locks or alarm systems.Hell my old car has am alarm system. CSX has alarms on the tracks that runs off solar. But then why should the owner of a oil tank spend moneys keeping the tank safe.

A simple lock would have prevented this from happening. Then all they needed was a simple pair of bolt cutters. Are you retarded?

A simple lock on the valve would have prevented this from happening. You can even see the hole for the lock in the various pictures. How sad if it is true that someone decides to release oil over a money dispute that destroys the environment. That person is as bad as a Boston Terrorist and should be treated as such - life in prison.
