$30,000.00 for a complete rehab and only $10,000.00 for a loft conversion.I would like to see the article include the breakdown on the costs for each, something does not add up.Tear out walls,floors,frame,HVAC upgrade, insulate,new electric, drywall, paint, floor coverings,fixtures,dumpster fees,labor,etc.

Remember, although this administration has been great about supporting good ideas and helping others move the city forward, there exists nobody within the city to think of ideas, plan things and actually do anything.

Far as I know, a degree requirement has yet to be put into the "city planner/zoning director" position...

The city's "redevelopment company", WRAP, is still headed up by an accountant/lawyer.

And the city's community development office is headed up by a radio DJ/dance instructor who, over the past months, has proudly stated that his job is to merely cut up the HUD grant and report to HUD... That's all. Heck with city's where CD actually....develops stuff.

Vote for Jim Graham because Bob Dean can't even come up with simple solutions like this to improve the landscape in Warren. Warren doesn't need more of the same - give someone else a chance. Warren deserves better then Bob Dean.
