First let me say that I am glad that this young man is ok. Next I would like to say that any of you that know "SGT" Altiere don't really know him like you think. This young man starts at the police department then a month later is a "SGT"? That wouldnt have anything to do with who his daddy is would it? Anyone that listens to the scanner like I do would know that when he was given the call, he asked if the caller wanted to see someone. NOT CLASS ACT at all. Don't believe everything that you hear folks. This is another Look at me I am an Altiere moment. What a joke.. The days of good police officers in that department are gone. Welcome to all the politics now.

Thank GOD that it all worked out and Christian is safe!

I don't think Vienna Residents realize what outstanding, professional safety services (both Police & Fire Depts) we have. They ARE there when we need them! I will be voting for the renewal levies on May 7! Let's help them, the way they help us.
