You really can't depend on Warren Attorney's to be competent, ethical or loyal. Now we find that you can't depend on them to keep your client information either. Remember that blogger who exposed Fowler & Goodman for making comments about Judge Ivanchak and taunting an ex client about a suicide? Be careful who you hire and give your personal information or we might be reading about it on this message board...

You have to ask yourself, with a rap sheet as long as his why is he still out running the streets. If the elected judges was doing their jobs, crimes like this just might never happen. With a arrest record like his, someone was getting a little under the table money. Then people wonder why the city of Warren, is so bad. The crime level in Warren has to be equal if not more than Youngstown. Maybe the city should consider changing it's name to the Bad Land's. If I was living the life of crime, Warren would be my home base. I'm not saying all the judges are bad, but the majority bend the rules all too often. It's even the same way, in the Domestic Court system. I personally seen a clerk tell a guy that his attorney didn't file a appeal that his case was closed. His attorney told him, give me a $1000 and I'll fix it. To me that says, someone was getting paid under the table. To me it didn't make sense to pay his attorney $1000, to correct something his attorney screwed up.

With the current Judges in Trumbull County, don't be surprised if this ole' boy gets a little more then a slap on the wrist. This is par for the course for Judges that were elected by the citizens of Warren. So no complaining should be done on whatever this nut case gets from the Judge. You voted them in, so take what they hand out. If you don't like what they hand out, then don't re-elect them. This corruption has been going on for years in the county and I do not anticipate it will stop anytime soon. Just sad that the family of this victim will not see justice since punishment will be set by the Judges of Trumbull County. Another sad period or instance of a victims family who reside in the county.

There must have been enough evidence to arrest this man. I do not feel sorry for him. However; I do feel sorry for his family. I am going to said if you had enough evidence to arrest him then he must be guilty. So stick the needle in his arm and save the tax payers a lot of money. I; at this point really do not care what his reason/reasons are/were for committing the murder the fact still remains that he did it and now let his punishment fit the crime. Use him as the example~~~It is needle time son~~~

So, 4 years ago Hickman had a misdemeanor charge and pleaded 'no contest' and hasn't been in trouble since. I am not sure why that keeps being highlighted???? The story is that Clark is a vicious murderer. He broke into a home and violently stabbed a disabled man 12 times and stole his car. Death row sounds too good for Clark.
