The penalty should be death by hanging for those who steal a human from their life. JUST LIKE A HORSE THIEF>now that might "CURB" the crime for the low life sellers of humans. Life in a dungeon for those who buy a human and if you sexually assaulted the human; you loose your gentiles, eyes, tongue,& hands. Now that is real legislation.....But of course the RICH will always be free to do as they so choose. This is BIG BUSINESS! This isn't going to go away.

I believe Toledo is the hub of human trafficking. Perhaps Fedor should put a special task force in action there to help curb the industry. Oh but then she may step on some of her colleagues feet.

We aren't just talking little girls working in sweat shops here either people. Women are being sold for big bucks. Hundreds of thousands for the young teens and young ladies in their twenties.

UMM, who do you think has that kind of money?

This crime will never go away until the millionaires that participate in this fiendish practice STOP IT. (and you all know that isn't going to happen any time soon.)

Teresa Fedor is just trying to make herself look good. Typical democrat malarkey. Ya the statute of limitations is a good thing;why the law wasn't written that way in the first place for human trafficking is beyond me. And just focusing on the minors being solicited/sold is wrong. All the women/people need protected against human trafficking. I really can't believe this government has ever allowed this type of advertising with minors in the first place.

The human trafficking problem is a much bigger issue, Ms.Fedor. It absolutely disgusts me that you are not doing more;this legislation will do nothing to curb the problem. You did this just to get your name in the paper and be noticed. Fedor really thinks her legislation will stop the advertising of little girls. The woman is delusional.

Human trafficking is the largest illegal industry in America at this moment; out doing guns and drugs. Well, this is such a pathetic piece of legislation for this horrific crime, its laughable.

Having a federal government that protected our borders would be great start.
